What happens on the call?
Thirty minutes on how leads reach you today, where they stall and what your CRM actually holds. You leave with the sequence drawn out, the tools named and a realistic cost band, whether or not you build it with us.
Do you work outside the UAE?
Yes. The company is licensed in the UAE and delivers from Dubai and Islamabad, and the client base spans 14 countries. Timezone overlap covers European, Gulf and most Asian business hours, and we schedule around it for clients further west.
How long does a build take?
The engineering is usually not the constraint. WhatsApp Business API approval, platform review times and your own internal sign-off are. We give a realistic range at scoping and name the parts we do not control.
Do you work with our existing tools?
Almost always. Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and most others expose the APIs we need. If yours does not, we say so during scoping rather than after you have paid for a discovery phase.
Can you take over something someone else built?
Yes, and it is a common request. We audit what is there first and tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping. Sometimes the answer is that rebuilding it is cheaper than untangling it.
