What this site collects

The free tools on this site run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter into the response time grader or the ROI calculator are not sent to us and are not stored anywhere. A shared result link carries your inputs in the URL, which means anyone you send that link to can see them.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages get read. That places cookies and records standard analytics data including IP address, pages viewed, referrer and approximate location.

When you contact us

If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call, we keep what you send along with your contact details, so we can respond and continue the conversation. WhatsApp messages are also processed by Meta under their own terms.

Who we share it with

Analytics data goes to Google. Enquiry data sits in our own CRM and email. We do not sell data and we do not pass enquiry details to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while there is an active or plausible commercial relationship, and reviewed periodically after that. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email scale@godesign.ae and we will action it. Depending on where you are, you may also have rights under the GDPR or your local data protection law, and this policy is not intended to limit them.
