FAQs
Financial services automation questions
Can qualification be automated in a regulated environment?
The fact-finding part usually can, within limits your compliance team sets. Anything that constitutes advice cannot, and the automation should be built so the boundary is enforced by the system rather than by the good judgement of whoever wrote the script.
How do we keep an audit trail?
Every automated exchange is logged and attached to the record, which is generally easier to evidence than a phone conversation somebody summarised into a note afterwards.
What about document collection?
It is usually the biggest drop-off point in the whole funnel. Chasing documents on WhatsApp with a clear checklist and a resumable upload link converts substantially better than an email attachment request, and it is worth measuring separately from the rest of the journey.
