Industries
The same funnel breaks differently in every industry
A portal lead going cold, a midnight sizing question and a document-heavy compliance check are three different problems. These pages start from the specific failure, not from a feature list.
The other axis
Or come at it from the journey instead
Industries are rows. Journeys are columns. Every article sits at one intersection and appears under both.
FAQs
Questions about industry fit
Why organise by industry at all?
Because the failure point is different in each one. A portal lead going cold in real estate, a midnight sizing question in ecommerce and a document-heavy compliance check in financial services are three different problems that a generic funnel page cannot address. The qualifying questions change even when the architecture does not.
Our industry is not listed. Does that mean you cannot help?
No. The seven listed are where we have written the most, not the limit of what we build. The journeys apply across industries, and the parts that change are the qualifying questions and the compliance constraints. Tell us what you sell and we will say honestly whether we have done something comparable.
How much of a build is reusable between industries?
The architecture is largely the same and the content is not. Capture, routing, scoring and handoff carry across. The qualification script, the escalation rules and the tone are rebuilt every time, because that is the part that decides whether the automation works.
Do you handle regulated industries?
We build in them, with the compliance requirements set by your own legal and regulatory team rather than by us. In practice that usually means constraining what an AI agent may say, keeping an auditable record of every automated exchange, and getting a human involved earlier than in an unregulated flow.
